摘 要:兆瓦级永磁同步电机是中小型航空混电系统的核心部件,具有高转速、大功率和轻量化的特点。对一台航空混电系统用兆瓦级永磁同步电机的转子强度及动力学特性开展研究,仿真计算了转子主要零件的强度及转子临界转速。此外,开展了转子超速试验和动力学试验,验证了分析方法和设计方案的可靠性,对高转速、大功率、轻量化永磁同步电机的转子设计具有一定的借鉴意义。Megawatt-class permanent magnet synchro-nous motors(PMSMs)are core components of the small and medium-sized aero-hybrid electric systems,characterized as high rotational speed,high power and lightweight de-sign.This study investigates the rotor strength and dynamic characteristics of a megawatt-class PMSM designed for an aero-hybrid electric system.The strength of the rotor's main components and the critical speed of the rotor are simulated and calculated.Additionally,rotor over-speed tests and dy-namic experiments are conducted to validate the feasibility of the analytical methods and design approaches.The find-ings provide references for the rotor design of high-speed,high-power,and lightweight permanent magnet synchro-nous motors.
