摘  要:针对高速电机驱动在航空发动机转子试验中的应用开展研究,以某航空发动机转子为研究对象,分别对“异步电机+增速器”驱动和高速电机驱动两种方式进行了转子动力特性计算及其在全转速范围内的动力特性试验。对比分析结果表明,两种驱动方式的转子动力特性计算结果的相对误差在4.30%以内,通过试验测得的转子临界转速值及转子振动位移值误差不超过4.37%。由此证明,高速电机驱动对转子的振动特性无实质性的影响,为航空发动机转子试验提供了一种高效、可靠的新型驱动方式。The application of high-speed motor drive into the aero-engine rotor test is studied.Taking an aero-engine rotor as the research object,the rotor dynamic char-acteristics of‘asynchronous motor+speed increaser drive and high-speed motor drive are calculated and tested respectively in the full speed range.The comparative anal-ysis results show that the relative error of the calculation results of the rotor dynamic characteristics of the two driving modes is within 4.30%while the error of the rotor critical speed value and the rotor vibration displacement value measured by the test does not exceed 4.37%.It is proved that the high-speed motor drive has no substantial effect on the vibration characteristics of the rotor,which provides an efficient and reliable new drive method for the aero-engine rotortest.
