摘 要:针对设备冷却水系统电机在首次试车过程中发生的轴向振动超标和异音问题,采用频谱分析的方法,逐步分析和排查故障原因,最终确定故障原因为轴承与外套间松动。通过控制非驱动端轴承端盖和轴承外圈装配间隙,解决了试车过程中的异常振动和异音问题,并提出了从机械配合角度来分析和排查异音原因,为后续实际振动和异音问题的处理及解决提供了一定参考。Aiming at that the excessive axial vibration and abnormal noise occur during the initial trial run of a motor in an equipment cooling water system,the step by step analysis and investigation are performed by means of the spectral analysis method to systematically analyze and identify the root cause of the problem,which is ultimately determined to be looseness between the bearing and its outer sleeve.By controlling the assembly clearance between the non-drive end bearing cover and the outer ring of the bearing,the abnormal vibration and noise issues during the trial run are resolved.This study proposes a method for analyzing and troubleshooting noise issues from a mechan-ical fit perspective,providing certain reference for future handling and resolution of the similar vibration and noise problems.
