摘 要:由于细菌活性易受到重金属毒性的影响,传统微生物诱导碳酸盐沉淀(MICP)方法对部分重金属如Cu、Cd等修复效果较差。两步法是采用先水解后修复的新型MICP修复方法,该法能有效突破重金属毒性的限制,提高生物修复效率。通过一系列Cu^(2+)污染液修复试验,研究了Cu^(2+)初始浓度、氯化钙浓度、水解液体积、处理方法和修复时间等因素对溶液pH值、沉淀增加量、Cu^(2+)去除率和Ca2+沉淀率等修复效果的影响规律。研究结果表明,修复24 h后,Cu^(2+)去除率由17%(传统法)增加至76%(两步法),两步法的修复速率最高可达传统法的7倍。试验范围内,Cu^(2+)初始浓度的增加不会降低两步法修复Cu^(2+)污染液的效果,且适当提升Ca2+浓度能有效提高Cu^(2+)去除率;当Cu^(2+)初始浓度范围为1800~2400 mg·L^(-1)、氯化钙浓度为1.6 mol·L^(-1)、水解液体积为5 mL时,反应物的利用率和Cu^(2+)去除率最高,两步法的修复效果最佳,可为高效修复Cu污染土提供参考。Due to the susceptibility of bacterial activity to heavy metal toxicity,the traditional microbially induced carbonate precipitation(MICP)method has poor remediation effect on some heavy metals such as Cu and Cd.However,the two-step MICP method adopts the hydrolyzation first followed by the remediation,which can effectively break through the limitation of heavy metal toxicity and improve the bioremediation efficiency.Through a series of Cu^(2+)contaminated solution remediation experiments,the influence factors such as initial Cu^(2+)concentration,calcium chloride concentration,hydrolyzed solution volume,treatment method and remediation time on the remediation effect parameters,such as solution pH,precipitation increase mass,Cu^(2+)removal ratio and Ca2+sedimentation rate,are investigated.The results show that the Cu^(2+)removal ratio increased from 17%(traditional method)to 76%(two-step MICP method)after 24 h remediation,and the remediation rate of the two step MICP method is up to 7 times than that of the traditional method.Within the experimental range,the increase of the initial Cu^(2+)concentration will not reduce the remediation of Cu^(2+)-contaminated solution by the two-step MICP method,and the appropriate elevation of the Ca2+concentration effectively improves the Cu^(2+)removal ratio.When the initial Cu^(2+)concentration is between 1800 to 2400 mg·L^(-1),the calcium chloride concentration is 1.6 mol·L^(-1),and the volume of hydrolyzed solution is 5 mL,the reactants utilization and Cu^(2+)removal ratio are highest.The remediation effect of the two-step MICP method is optimal,which can provide a reference for the efficient remediation of Cu-contaminated soil.
