摘 要:引入两种非弹性变形机制,即马氏体相变和马氏体塑性,构建形状记忆合金宏观热-力耦合本构模型。利用有限元分析软件ABAQUS的二次开发功能,编写用户材料子程序(UMAT),对管接头系统装配过程进行数值模拟,以探究不同温度、不同扩径、不同壁厚尺寸下管接头系统的装配对管接头的服役性能的影响;考虑被连接件的受力情况以及塑性应变,通过分析管接头系统的应力分布情况,模拟管接头拉拔过程,对拉拔力的影响因素进行分析。结果表明:管接头的壁厚影响应力沿各方向的分布情况,其中5 mm壁厚的管接头内表面最大接触压力差值达到32.3 MPa;较厚的管接头会产生更大的接触压力,5 mm壁厚管接头产生的最大接触压力,相对于3 mm壁厚管接头增加了62.9 MPa。另外,扩径量与装配温度对拉拔力的大小有显著的影响,在不同尺寸管接头连接下被连接件的塑性变形不同。上述的研究为形状记忆合金管接头系统的生产设计提供理论基础和技术指导。Two inelastic deformation mechanisms,namely martensitic transformation and martensitic plasticity,are introduced to construct a macroscopic thermo-mechanical coupled constitutive model for shape memory alloys.Using the secondary development functionality of the finite element analysis software ABAQUS,a user material subroutine(UMAT)is developed to perform numerical simulations of the assembly process for the pipe joint system.To investigate the effect of assembly at different temperatures,expansion diameters and wall thickness sizes on the service performance of pipe joints,the stress distribution of the pipe joint system is analysed by considering the force of the connected parts and the plastic strain.Additionally,the influence factors of the drawing force are analysed through the simulation of the drawing process of the pipe joint.The results show that the wall thickness of the fitting affects the distribution of stress in all directions.The inner surface maximum contact pressure difference of a fitting with a wall thickness of 5 mm reaches 32.3 MPa.Thicker fittings produce greater contact pressure,with the maximum contact pressure produced by a fitting with a wall thickness of 5 mm increasing by 62.9 MPa compared to that of a fitting with a wall thickness of 3 mm,Additionally,dilatation and the assembly temperature have a significant effect on the magnitude of the pull-out force.The plastic deformation of the connected parts varies with different sizes of pipe joints.The above research provides theoretical basis and technical guidance for the production design of shape memory alloy pipe joint system.
