水平荷载作用下机械连接桩的有限元分析

摘  要:为了研究机械连接桩在水平荷载作用下的受力特征,利用大型有限元分析软件ABAQUS,分别建立普通单桩和机械连接桩的桩-土相互作用模型。通过静力分析,对两种桩基础进行计算,得到各桩基的位移和应力分布情况。对机械连接桩在不同土质和桩径条件下的响应情况进行计算,对比分析得到机械连接桩的受力响应特征和变化规律。计算结果表明,在水平荷载作用下,机械连接桩的桩顶位移绝对值较普通单桩增大约44%,桩顶转角绝对值增大约50%,抗变形能力更差,但桩身弯矩最大绝对值较普通单桩减小约37%,水平承载能力有所提高;随着土体硬度的增加,桩顶处的位移与转角绝对值减小约60%,桩身弯矩峰值绝对值减小约39%而负剪力峰值绝对值增大约150%,桩身的抗弯性能有所提高而抗剪性能降低;随着桩身直径的增加,桩顶处的位移与转角绝对值减小约80%,桩身弯矩与剪力峰值绝对值增大约30%,桩身抗变形能力提高而水平承载能力有所降低。In order to study the force characteristics of mechanical-connection pile under horizontal load,the pile-soil interaction models of ordinary pile and mechanical-connection pile are established respectively by using large-scale finite element analysis software ABAQUS.Through static analysis,the two kinds of pile foundations are calculated to get the displacement and stress distribution of each pile foundation.The response of mechanical-connection pile under different soil quality and pile diameter conditions is calculated,and the force response characteristics and variation law of the mechanical-connection pile is compared and analyzed.Calculation results show that,under the horizontal load,the displacement absolute value of the top of mechanical-connection pile is increased by about 44%and the rotation angle absolute value of the top of the pile is increased by about 50%compared with the ordinary pile,and the anti-deformation ability is poorer;however,the maximum absolute value of the bending moment of the pile is reduced by about 37%compared with the ordinary pile,and the horizontal bearing capacity is improved.With the increase of soil hardness,the absolute value of displacement and rotation angle at the top of the pile are reduced by about 60%,the absolute value of peak bending moment of the pile is reduced by 39%and the absolute value of peak negative shear force is increased by about 150%,and the bending performance of the pile is improved but the shear performance is reduced.With the increase of pile diameter,the absolute value of displacement and rotation angle at the top of the pile are reduced by about 80%,the absolute value of bending moment and the peak shear force of the pile are increased by about 30%,and the anti-deformation ability of the pile is enhanced,while the horizontal bearing capacity is weakened.
