加劲方孔冷弯型钢梁的畸变抗弯承载力研究

摘  要:冷弯型钢常用于建筑结构,为方便管道安装,通常在腹板中开设孔洞,但会削弱构件的承载性能。目前,新型腹板加劲方孔构件在工程中得到广泛应用,孔洞周围的加劲边能有效提升构件的承载性能,但相关设计规范仍是空白。为研究加劲方孔冷弯型钢梁的抗弯承载力,利用已有实验结果验证ABAQUS模型的有效性,通过参数分析系统地研究了初始几何缺陷、孔径、加劲边长度和孔间距的影响。结果表明,加劲边长度对发生畸变屈曲构件的承载力影响最为显著,当加劲边长度从0.01h增大到0.08h时,构件承载力从13.6 kN·m增大到15.2 kN·m,提升了11.8%;综合考虑强度提升及经济效益,建议最佳加劲边长度为0.08h。基于参数分析结果,得到适用于加劲方孔冷弯型钢梁的畸变屈曲抗弯承载力的计算公式。Cold-formed steel members are commonly used in building structures due to its unique advantages.The perforated cold-formed steel beams allow the pipelines pass through,but the flexural capacity decreased because of the web perforations.In order to increase the flexural capacity,the cold-formed steel beams with edge-stiffened holes are applied in the engineering.However,the relevant design codes are still limited.To investigate the distortional flexural capacity of cold-formed steel beams with edge-stiffened square holes under bending,the effectiveness of the ABAQUS model is validated using existing experimental results.The influences of initial geometric imperfections,hole size,stiffener length,and hole spacing on the distortional flexural capacity of cold-formed steel beams with edge-stiffened square perforations are studied through parameter analysis.The results indicate that for the beams controlled by distortional buckling,the length of stiffeners significantly affect the flexural capacity of the member in the specific range.When the length of the stiffener increases from 0.01h to 0.08h,the flexural capacity of the member increases from 13.6 kN·m to 15.2 kN·m,resulting in an improvement of 11.8%.For economic efficiency,the optimal length value of the stiffeners is determined as 0.08h.Based on the results of parameter analysis,the design formulae for the flexural capacity of cold-formed steel beams with edge-stiffened square holes failed by distortional buckling are proposed.
