摘  要:对聚碳酸酯(PC)材质车窗与改性硅烷密封胶粘接开裂接头进行了失效分析。通过目视检查、体式显微镜宏观检查、FTIR分析、XPS分析以及环境加速老化模拟试验研究了接头失效位置及原因。结果表明,密封接头开裂位置为PC表面紫外涂层与基体界面。得出的结论是,经过高低温老化以后紫外涂层与基体之间结合力下降,在外力作用下发生了界面失效。In this study,failure analysis of a cracked joint of PC window and modified silane sealant was performed.The location and reasons of joint failure were studied by visual inspection,microscopical inspection,FTIR analysis,XPS analysis and environmental accelerated aging simulation test.The results show that the cracking position of the sealing joint is the interface between UV coating and substrate on PC surface.It is concluded that the binding force between UV coating and substrate decreases after high and low temperature aging,and interface failure occurs under external force.
