摘 要:为研究纳米CaCO_(3)、纳米SiC和纳米ZnO等纳米材料对沥青性能及混合料路用性能的影响,首先采用三大指标、布氏黏度等试验分析了三种纳米材料改性沥青的常规性能,并从中优选出一种纳米改性沥青进行动态剪切流变试验和低温弯曲梁流变试验,用于评价其高低温流变性能,最后以基质沥青和SBS改性沥青作为对照组,利用一系列室内试验对纳米ZnO沥青混合料的高温和低温性能、抗水损害性能进行综合评价。试验结果表明:纳米ZnO改性沥青各方面常规性能均明显优于纳米CaCO_(3)和纳米SiC,纳米ZnO可以明显提高改性沥青的高温流变性能,对低温流变性能改善效果不显著;纳米ZnO的加入明显增强了沥青混合料的抗高温稳定性、低温抗裂能力和抗水损害性能,建议ZnO掺量为3%。In order to study the effects of nanomaterials such as nano-CaCO_(3),nano-SiC,and nano-ZnO on the road performance of asphalt mixtures,the conventional properties of three nanomaterial-modified asphalts were first analyzed using three major indicators and Brabender viscosity test,and an optimal nanomaterial-modified asphalt was selected for dynamic shear rheology test and lowtemperature bending beam rheology test to evaluate its rheological properties at high and low temperatures.Finally,using matrix asphalt and SBS-modified asphalt as control groups,a series of indoor tests were conducted to comprehensively evaluate the high and low temperature performance,as well as the moisture resistance of nano-ZnO asphalt mixtures.The test results show that the conventional properties of nano-ZnO modified asphalt are significantly better than those of nano-CaCO_(3) and nano-SiC.Nano-ZnO can significantly improve the high-temperature rheological properties of modified asphalt,but has no significant effect on lowtemperature rheological properties.The addition of nano-ZnO significantly enhances the high-temperature stability,low-temperature crack resistance,and moisture resistance of asphalt mixtures.It is recommended that the content of ZnO be 3%.
