摘  要:以水泥、粉煤灰和矿渣粉为基础材料,以PVA纤维为增韧材料,以有机硅防水剂为疏水改性材料,并结合碱激发剂溶液和十二烷基硫酸钠等材料,制备出一种适合建筑工程用的新型改性水泥基复合材料,考察了PVA纤维掺量对材料基本力学性能、防水性能以及耐久性能的影响。结果表明,随着PVA纤维掺量的逐渐增大,养护不同龄期后的新型改性水泥基复合材料的抗压强度和抗折强度均先增大后减小,材料的吸水率逐渐减小,材料经过冻融循环和硫酸盐干湿循环后的抗压强度也呈现出先增大后减小的趋势。合适掺量的PVA纤维能够显著提升新型改性水泥基复合材料的基本力学性能、防水性能和耐久性能,推荐PVA纤维的最佳掺量为0.4%。研究结果认为研制的新型改性水泥基复合材料具有优良的综合性能,能够作为一种新型胶凝材料代替部分水泥。A new type of modified cement-based composite material suitable for construction engineering was prepared using cement,fly ash,and slag powder as the basic materials,PVA fiber as the toughening material,organic silicon waterproofing agent as the hydrophobic modification material,combined with alkaline activator solution and sodium dodecyl sulfate.The influence of PVA fiber content on the basic mechanical properties,waterproofing performance,and durability of the material was investigated.The results show that as the PVA fiber content gradually increases,the compressive strength and flexural strength of the new modified cementbased composite materials cured at different ages first increase and then decrease;The water absorption rate of the material gradually decreases;The compressive strength of the material after freeze-thaw cycles and sulfate dry wet cycles also shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing.The appropriate dosage of PVA fiber can significantly improve the basic mechanical properties,waterproof performance,and durability of the new modified cement-based composite material.The recommended optimal dosage of PVA fiber is 0.4%.The research results indicate that the newly developed modified cement-based composite material has excellent comprehensive performance and can be used as a new type of cementitious material to replace some cement.
