摘 要:为了提高临海区域桥梁工程用混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能,通过硫酸盐干湿循环试验,考察了改性聚乙烯醇纤维PVA-4掺量对混凝土抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能的影响。结果表明:随着改性聚乙烯醇纤维PVA-4掺量的增大,混凝土试件在不同浓度硫酸盐溶液中干湿循环不同次数后的质量变化率先减小后增大,而抗压强度变化率和相对动弹性模量均是先增大后减小。当改性聚乙烯醇纤维PVA-4的掺量为1.2kg/m^(3)时,混凝土试件的质量变化率最小,抗压强度降低幅度最小,相对动弹性模量可以达到最大,有效改善了桥梁工程用混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀性能。研究结果认为,改性聚乙烯醇纤维PVA-4的掺入能够有效提高混凝土的抗硫酸盐侵蚀能力,可以满足临海区域桥梁工程施工的需求。In order to improve the sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete used in bridge engineering in coastal areas,the influence of modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber PVA-4 content on the sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete was investigated through sulfate dry wet cycle test.The results show that with the increase of modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber PVA-4 content,the mass change of concrete specimens after different cycles of wet dry cycle in different concentrations of sulfate solution first decreases and then increases,while the compressive strength change rate and relative dynamic elastic modulus both increase first and then decrease.When the dosage of modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber PVA-4 is 1.2 kg/m^(3),the mass change rate of concrete specimens is the smallest,the reduction in compressive strength is the smallest,and the relative dynamic elastic modulus can reach the maximum,effectively improving the sulfate corrosion resistance of concrete used in bridge engineering.The research results suggest that the addition of modified polyvinyl alcohol fiber PVA-4 can effectively improve the sulfate resistance of concrete and meet the needs of bridge construction in coastal areas.
