摘 要:随着隧道工程的快速发展,传统热拌沥青混合料因其易燃性和较高的施工温度,存在较大的火灾安全隐患和沥青老化问题。为解决这些问题,研究人员通过温拌技术和阻燃剂的添加提高了沥青在高温条件下的耐火性能,并有效降低了施工温度,缓解了沥青的老化。该文详细综述了温拌技术、阻燃机理、温拌沥青、阻燃沥青及其协同效应的研究进展。根据实际应用中仍面临的阻燃剂与温拌剂兼容性、材料长期耐久性等问题,探讨了其在隧道铺装中的未来发展方向。With the rapid development of tunnel engineering,traditional hot-mix asphalt mixtures pose significant fire safety risks and asphalt aging problems due to the flammability and high construction temperature.In order to solve these problems,the researchers improved the fire resistance of asphalt under high temperature conditions by warm mixing technology and the addition of flame retardants,while effectively reducing the construction temperature and alleviating the aging of asphalt.This paper provides a comprehensive review of the research progress on warm-mix technology,flame-retardant mechanisms,warm-mix asphalt,flameretardant asphalt,and their synergistic effects.Based on the ongoing challenges in practical applications,such as the compatibility between flame retardants and warm-mix additives,and the long-term durability of materials,future development directions for tunnel pavement are also explored.
