摘　　要：农业减排固碳是我国碳达峰碳中和的重要组成部分。构建农业企业低碳转型评价体系既是农业低碳转型的重要基础,也是绿色金融创新发展的重要机遇。商业银行应加快推动构建农业企业低碳转型评价体系,积极把握绿色金融业务拓展机遇。Green development of Agriculture is an important part of the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development.China's No.1 central document for 2024 proposed to build agriculture into a major modern industry,emphasizing"reviving agriculture by creating industries,improving quality and promoting green development".However,at present,agricultural enterprises across China still dominantly adopts a development model of high-input,high-output and high-emission.Low-carbon development and quality and efficient development are yet to be achieved at the time.Meanwhile,there are problems such as imperfect low-carbon transformation evaluation standards and unclear carbon mitigation and sequestration base.The path of financial support for low-carbon transformation of agricultural enterprises is also not clear.It is urgently needed to build a set of low-carbon transformation evaluation standards that take accounts of the characteristics of agricultural enterprises and play a foundational and leading role.
