摘　　要：列宁通过厘清民主话语内涵、资本主义民主与社会主义民主比较、无产阶级革命实践三条基本路径,对资本主义普选制与“金钱民主”、资本主义议会制与党争制、资本主义的宪政制和法官终身制进行了系统而深入的批判,揭示了资本主义民主的资产阶级本质,以及狭隘性、虚伪性、低效性等特征。列宁对资本主义民主的批判,有助于我们正确认识当代西方资本主义民主的本质和新表现;有助于解构西方资本主义民主话语的霸权;有助于提升中国民主的国际话语权,坚定中国特色社会主义政治制度自信。By clarifying the connotation of democratic discourse,comparing capitalist democracy with socialist democracy,and practicing proletarian revolution,Lenin made a systematic and in-depth critique of capitalist universal suffrage and“money democracy”,capitalist parliamentarism and party contention,capitalist constitutionalism and the lifelong system of judges,revealing the bourgeois nature of capitalist democracy,as well as its narrowness,hypocrisy,and inefficiency.Lenin s critique of capitalist democracy helps us to correctly understand the essence and new manifestations of contemporary Western capitalist democracy;it helps to deconstruct the hegemony of Western capitalist democratic discourse;and it helps to enhance the international discourse of Chinese democracy and strengthen the self-confidence of the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics.
