摘　　要：告示作为古代的一种公文形式,用以发布中央及地方政府的政策法令。至清代,告示承担着官方媒介的任务,发挥着知晓劝谕、引导舆论、教化规制、维护秩序的作用。作为信息沟通的媒介,告示通过情理交融的叙事与共同话语的建构促进官民互动,而作为政治教化的媒介,告示通过对民众社会生活的引导和吏役言行的治理实现社会控制。告示的沟通互动与政治教化功能并行,推动清政府实现国家治理和社会稳定。As an ancient form of official document,notices were used to issue policies and regulations of central and local governments.In the Qing Dynasty,notices served as the official media,playing the role of noticing and exhorting,commanding public opinion,indoctrinating prevailing custom and maintaining order.As a medium of information communication,notices promote interaction between officials and civilians through a narrative of emotional and logical integration and the construction of common discourse.As a medium of political indoctrination,notices achieve social control by guiding the social life of the people and governing the words and actions of officials and servants.The communication,interaction,and political control functions of the notice are parallel,promoting the Qing government to achieve national governance and social stability.
