摘　　要：干复上胶工位薄膜和网辊之间存在一定的滑动现象,这种滑动对于上胶张力存在一定的影响,本文采用润滑理论对于薄膜和网辊间的滑动进行研究,得出了胶水、网辊和薄膜之间有关参数的理论建议,为减少滑动提供理论支持。There is a certain sliding phenomenon between the film and the anilox roll at the gluing station of dry lamination.This sliding has a certain impact on the gluing tension.This paper adoptes the lubrication theory to study the sliding between the film and the anilox roll,then obtaines the theoretical suggestions on the relevant parameters among the glue,the anilox roll and the film,providing theoretical support for reducing the sliding.
