摘　　要：闽南中秋博饼习俗是具有重要文化价值的民俗类非物质文化遗产,其当代流变过程中经历了传说附会与信仰塑造的双重作用。民间流传博饼习俗源于郑成功的传说,尽管学界通过考证质疑了这一说法的历史真实性,但博饼与郑成功信仰的关联在社会与官方层面仍持续增强,使博饼成为厦门独特的文化符号。文章基于“洪旭发明说”与“状元筹演化说”之争,探讨博饼习俗的传说附会如何推动其民俗价值再造,分析多元传播动因在文化遗产流变中的作用,以揭示博饼习俗的活态传承特性及其文化意义。The Minnan Mid-Autumn Festival Bo Bing custom is a form of folk intangible cultural heritage with significant cultural value.Its contemporary evolution has been shaped by the dual influences of mythologization and belief construction.While the custom is popularly believed to originate from a legend involving Zheng Chenggong,academic scrutiny has questioned the historical authenticity of this narrative.Nevertheless,the association between Bo Bing custom and Zheng Chenggong worship has been increasingly reinforced at both societal and official levels,making it a distinctive cultural symbol of Xiamen.This study,drawing on the debate between the“Hong Xu Invention Theory”and the“Zhuangyuan Dice Evolution Theory,”examines how mythologization contributes to the revaluation of folk traditions and analyzes the diverse dissemination factors that drives cultural heritage evolution.It aims to reveal the dynamic characteristics of Bo Bing custom’s living inheritance and its cultural significance.
