摘 要:“二组分金属相图测定”实验是基于相平衡理论开设的经典物理化学实验项目。教学实践上因实验装置配置、测量精度等限制,学生通过实验无法获得准确的相图数据结果;且实验教学常以Sn-Zn, Sn-Pb或Sn-Bi等单一体系绘制金属相图,无法直观对比不同体系间相图的差异,不利于相平衡过程的理解。为解决上述问题,提出金属相图实验的虚拟仿真流程设计,利用Visual Basic 6.0编写了采集混合金属升温和降温过程温度的模拟软件,结合不同二组分金属的升温和降温参考数据,可利用此软件绘制相应体系的金属相图,辅助实验课仿真教学,改善实验预习效果,提高学生误差分析能力。同时,对比分析不同体系混合金属的相图,可增强学生对相平衡过程的认识和理解,巩固理论课学习成效,为相平衡理论的应用奠定基础。“Binary metal phase diagram determination”is a classical physical chemistry experiment project correlated with phase equilibrium theory.During the practice,due to the limitations of experimental equipment configuration and measurement accuracy,accurate phase diagram results are often unobtainable experimentally by students.In addition,metal phase diagram is often drawn with a single system such as Sn-Zn,Sn-Pb or Sn-Bi.It is impossible to compare the difference in phase diagram between different systems directly,which is not conducive to the understanding of phase equilibrium process.In order to solve the above-mentioned problem,a computer-aided simulation process for metal phase diagram experiment is designed herein.Visual Basic 6.0 is used to develop a simulation software to collect the temperature of the heating and cooling process of mixed metals.After importing the heating and cooling reference data of different two components of metals,the software can be used to draw the metal phase diagrams of corresponding systems.This software can assist the simulation teaching of experiment class,improve the learning effect of pre-lab assignment,and improve students ability of error analysis.At the same time,comparing and analyzing the phase diagrams of mixed metals in different systems can enhance students’cognition and understanding of the phase equilibrium process,consolidate the learning effectiveness of theoretical courses and lay a foundation for the application of phase equilibrium theory.
