甲氨蝶呤注射液联合腹腔镜手术对异位妊娠患者性激素指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨甲氨蝶呤注射液配合腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠(EP)对患者性激素指标的影响。方法选择2019年1月至2023年3月厦门市妇幼保健院86例EP患者,随机分为对照组(43例)、观察组(43例),观察组采用甲氨蝶呤注射液配合腹腔镜手术进行治疗,对照组则采用腹腔镜手术进行治疗。比较两组临床指标、性激素指标、炎性因子水平。结果观察组患者月经恢复时间、积液吸收时间、β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-hCG)转阴时间均比对照组短;术后14 d观察组E_(2)、FSH、β-hCG及P水平均比对照组低;术后3 d观察组IL-8、IL-6及TNF-α水平均比对照组低(P<0.05)。结论甲氨蝶呤注射液配合腹腔镜手术治疗EP患者可缩短月经恢复时间、积液吸收时间、β-hCG转阴时间,降低性激素指标与炎性因子水平。Objective To investigate the effects of Methotrexate injection combined with laparoscopic surgery on ectopic pregnancy(EP)on sex hormone indexes.Methods A total of 86 patients with EP from January 2019 to March 2023 in Xiamen Maternal and Child Health Hospital were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)and observation group(43 cases).The observation group was treated with methotrexate injection combined with laparoscopic surgery,while the control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery.The levels of clinical indexes,sex hormone indexes and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups.Results The menstrual recovery time,effusion absorption time andβ-hCG negative transition time in observation group were shorter than those in control group.The levels of E_(2),FSH,β-hCG and P in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 14 days after operation.The levels of IL-8,IL-6 and TNF-αin the 3 days observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Methotrexate injection combined with laparoscopic surgery in EP patients can shorten menstrual recovery time,effusion absorption time,β-hCG negative conversion time,and reduce the levels of sex hormone indexes and inflammatory factors.
