治疗子痫前期中尼卡地平的临床应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的研讨子痫前期治疗中应用尼卡地平的效果,以期为后续治疗提供指导。方法选取2023年2月至2024年2月子痫前期患者100例进行分析,样本来源为临沂市中心医院,依据不同治疗措施对患者进行分组对比,对照组实施硫酸镁治疗,n=50;研究组实施硫酸镁+尼卡地平治疗,n=50,比较两组血压值、24 h尿蛋白、凝血因子、妊娠结局、炎性因子,并计算两组治疗有效率。结果研究组治疗后24 h尿蛋白、血压值显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后凝血酶原时间较对照组更高,纤维蛋白原、D-二聚体较对照组更低(P<0.05);妊娠结局差异显示,研究组不良妊娠结局、剖宫产率均低于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比,研究组治疗后的炎性因子水平更低(P<0.05);研究组治疗有效率较对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论尼卡地平疗效显著,可以帮助患者改善妊娠结局,对凝血因子的改善效果好,可降低剖宫产率,对24 h尿蛋白、血压值等指标的抑制效果好,利于疾病转归,在子痫前期治疗中发挥了优势。Objective To explore the efficacy of nicardipine in the treatment of preeclampsia and provide guidance for the follow-up treatment.Methods A total of 100 patients with preeclampsia from February 2023 to February 2024 were selected for analysis,and the samples were from Linyi Central Hospital.Patients were grouped and compared according to different treatment measures.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate(n=50).The study group was treated with magnesium sulfate plus nicardipine(n=50).Blood pressure,24-hour urinary protein,coagulation factors,pregnancy outcomes and inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups,and the efficacy of the two groups was calculated.Results The 24-hour urinary protein and blood pressure of the study group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the prothrombin time was higher than that of the control group,and the fibrin and D-dimer were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of inflammatory factors in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the effective rate was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Nicardipine has significant efficacy,can help patients improve pregnancy outcomes,has a good effect on coagulation factors,can reduce the rate of cesarean section,has a good inhibitory effect on 24-hour urine protein,blood pressure and other indicators,is conducive to disease prognosis,and plays a advantage in the treatment of preeclampsia.
