摘　　要：糖尿病周围神经病理性疼痛(DPNP)在糖尿病患者中普遍存在,因其起病隐匿,致残率高而严重影响预后。患者常因慢性肢体疼痛影响其生活质量,对患者的疼痛症状进行规范管理能够大幅改善其生活质量、得到较好的社会效益。本研究主要从对DPNP的评估工具、干预形式、管理现状等方面对其管理进行综述。其中评估工具主要包括单维度疼痛评估量表、多维度疼痛综合评估量表、神经病理性疼痛评估量表;干预形式以药物治疗、外科治疗、中医治疗为主;管理包含了疼痛健康教育管理、疼痛专项护理及加强多学科协作等方式。目前DPNP因其对患者造成的身心痛苦及产生的高医疗费用,成为临床工作面临的难题和挑战,积极探索安全、有效、低廉、便于推广的多元管理方法,将给患者带来良好的实际意义。Diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain(DPNP)is common in diabetic patients.Due to its insidious onset and high disability rate,DPNP seriously affects the prognosis.Patients with chronic limb pain often affect their quality of life,and standardized management of patients’pain symptoms can greatly improve their quality of life and obtain better social benefits.This study mainly discusses the management of DPNP from the aspects of evaluation tools,intervention forms,management status and so on.The evaluation tools mainly include single-dimensional pain evaluation scale,multi-dimensional pain comprehensive evaluation scale and neuropathic pain evaluation scale.The main forms of intervention were drug therapy,surgical therapy and traditional Chinese medicine therapy.Management includes pain health education management,pain special nursing and strengthening multi-disciplinary cooperation.At present,DPNP has become a difficult problem and challenge for clinical work due to its physical and mental pain and high medical costs.Actively exploring safe,effective,inexpensive and easy to promote multiple management methods will bring good practical significance to patients.
