静脉用药调配中心审方药师对促进合理用药的作用分析

摘　　要：目的探讨在静脉用药调配中心审方药师参与处方审核对促进合理用药的价值。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月(审方药师干预前)在本院住院期间涉及静脉用药的患者100例设为对照组;另选取2023年1月至2023年12月(审方药师干预后)在本院住院期间涉及静脉用药的患者100例设为观察组,两组各选择2000张处方单进行观察。对比两组不合理处方发生情况、不合理处方风险程度及患者满意度。结果观察组不合理处方发生情况低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不合理处方中轻度风险高于对照组,重度风险低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在医院静脉用药调配中心的工作中,经审方药师参与指导用药的方法,可以促进合理用药,降低不合理处方占比及处方风险程度,提高患者的满意度。Objective To explore the value of pharmacists participating in prescription review at intravenous drug dispensing centers in promoting rational drug use.Methods One hundred patients who received intravenous medication during their hospitalization in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022(before the intervention of the reviewing pharmacist)were selected as the control group.Another 100 patients who received intravenous medication during their hospitalization in our hospital from January 2023 to December 2023(after intervention by the reviewing pharmacist)were selected as the observation group,with 2000 prescription sheets selected for each group for observation.Compare the occurrence of unreasonable prescriptions,the risk level of unreasonable prescriptions,and patient satisfaction between two groups.Results The incidence of irrational prescription in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The risk of mild irrational prescription in observation group was higher than that in control group,and the risk of severe irrational prescription was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions In the work of the hospital intravenous medication dispensing center,the participation of approved pharmacists in guiding medication methods can promote rational drug use,reduce the proportion of unreasonable prescriptions and prescription risks,and improve patient satisfaction.
