摘　　要：目的对肛周脓肿术后创面愈合管理措施进行范围综述,归纳汇总促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合干预措施及其结局指标,明确其研究现状及未来该领域的研究方向,促进临床更合理的进行肛周脓肿术后创面管理。方法采用JBI循证卫生保健中心发布的范围综述指南为方法学指导,PRISMA-ScR为报告清单。计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)、中国知网、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、PubMed、CINAHL、Embase、Cochrane Library、Web of science、Science Direct(SD)等数据库中有关于肛周脓肿术后创面愈合管理的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2024年5月7日。并且对纳入的文献进行数据筛选、提取及分析。结果共纳入54篇文献,肛周脓肿术后创面管理措施主要分为4个方面,西药外治、中药内服及外用、物理疗法及新型敷料在创面中的应用。共归纳汇总出10个结局指标,创面疼痛评分、创面水肿评分、创面渗液(分泌物)评分、肉芽形态评分、腐肉脱落时间评分、肛门功能评分、创面愈合时间、创面愈合率、住院天数及换药次数。结论肛周脓肿术后创面愈合管理现有的4类措施对创面愈合均有促进作用,但各研究涉及的结局指标不尽相同且评价标准不一致,后续研究者们可对创面干预措施及结局指标进行最佳证据总结,或举办专家共识会议,以期为临床人员管理肛周脓肿术后创面提供指导。Objective To summarize the scope of wound healing management measures after perianal abscess surgery,to summarize the intervention measures and outcome indicators of wound healing after perianal abscess surgery,to clarify the research status and future research direction in this field,and to promote more reasonable wound management after perianal abscess surgery.Methods The scope review guidelines published by JBI Center for Evidence-based Health Care were used as methodological guidance and PRISMA-ScR as report list.Computer search of China Biomedical Database(CBM),CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP Chinese science and Technology Journal Database,PubMed,CINAHL,Embase,Cochrane Library,Web of science,Science Direct(SD)and other databases.There are literature on wound healing management after perianal abscess operation,and the search time was established until May 7,2024.In addition,data screening,extraction and analysis were carried out for the included literatures.Results A total of 54 literatures were included.Wound management measures after perianal abscess were mainly divided into 4 aspects:external treatment of western medicine,internal and external use of Chinese medicine,physical therapy and application of new dressings in wound.A total of 10 outcome indexes were summarized,including wound pain score,wound edema score,wound exudation(secretions)score,granulation shape score,rotting meat shedding time score,anal function score,wound healing time,wound healing rate,hospital stay and dressing change times.Conclusions The existing four measures for wound healing management after perianal abscess surgery can promote wound healing,but the outcome indicators involved in each study are different and the evaluation criteria are different.In the future,the best evidence summary of wound intervention measures and outcome indicators can be conducted,or expert consensus meetings can be held to provide guidance for clinical staff to manage wound after perianal abscess surgery.
