基因芯片技术联合Xpert MTB/RIF检测对涂阴肺结核的诊断效能分析

摘  要:目的探究基因芯片技术联合Xpert MTB/RIF检测对涂阴肺结核的诊断效能。方法回顾性选取2022年11月至2023年11月厦门大学附属第一医院收治的236例疑似涂阴肺结核患者,对比涂片法、基因芯片技术、Xpert MTB/RIF检测对涂阴肺结核的检出率,分析基因芯片技术联合涂片法对涂阴肺结核的诊断效能,以及基因芯片技术联合Xpert MTB/RIF检测对涂阴肺结核的诊断效能。结果Xpert MTB/RIF检测对涂阴肺结核的检出率较基因芯片技术、涂片法明显升高,基因芯片技术检出率涂片法明显升高(P<0.05);涂片法联合基因芯片技术诊断涂阴肺结核的准确度为76.27%,敏感度为55.08%,特异度为97.46%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);基因芯片技术联合Xpert MTB/RIF检测诊断涂阴肺结核的准确度为82.42%,敏感度为66.53%,特异度为98.31%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基因芯片技术、Xpert MTB/RIF检测对涂阴肺结核的诊断效能较高,联合检测可为临床诊断涂阴肺结核提供助力。Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of gene chip technology combined with Xpert MTB/RIF detection in smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A total of 236 patients with suspected smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from November 2022 to November 2023 were retrospectively selected,The detection rate of smear negative pulmonary tuberculosis was compared by smear,gene chip technology and Xpert MTB/RIF detection.To analyze the diagnostic efficiency of gene chip technology combined with smear method,and the diagnostic efficiency of gene chip technology combined with Xpert MTB/RIF detection.Results The detection rate of Xpert MTB/RIF was significantly higher than that of gene chip technology and smear method,and the detection rate of gene chip technology was significantly higher than that of smear method,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity were 76.27%,55.08%and 97.46%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of gene chip technology combined with Xpert MTB/RIF detection were 82.42%,66.53%and 98.31%,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Gene chip technology and Xpert MTB/RIF detection have high diagnostic efficiency for smear negative tuberculosis,and the combined detection can provide help for clinical diagnosis of smear-negative tuberculosis.
