南昌市2023年5所幼儿园儿童超重和肥胖现况分析

摘　　要：目的对南昌市2023年5所幼儿园儿童超重和肥胖现况进行分析。方法选取2023年1月至2023年12月南昌市5所幼儿园内儿童968名为调查对象,采用问卷调查法,观察对儿童超重与肥胖检出率,将儿童分为超重肥胖组、正常组,对比一般情况、喂养方式、家族史、饮食习惯、营养素摄入量、家长重视度。结果5所幼儿园中超重儿童15名,肥胖儿童36名,共计51名,构成比为5.27%。超重肥胖组与正常组儿童年龄、性别无统计学意义(P>0.05);超重肥胖组出生体重、混合喂养、家族肥胖史、不良饮食习惯、营养素摄入不均衡、家长重视度低的构成比均高于正常组(P<0.05)。通过多因素Logistic回归分析显示,出生体重高、人工喂养、家族肥胖史、不良饮食习惯、缺少锻炼、家长重视度不足与儿童超重肥胖相关(P<0.05)。结论参照全国儿童超重肥胖率,南昌市5所幼儿园中儿童超重肥胖率不高,但也需要引起重视,经本次分析儿童不良饮食习惯、缺少锻炼是导致超重肥胖的主要原因,应加以约束。Objective To analyze the current situation of overweight and obesity among children in five kindergartens in Nanchang City in 2023.Methods A total of 968 children in 5 kindergartens in Nanchang City from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected as the survey subjects.A questionnaire survey was used to observe the detection rates of overweight and obesity in children.The children were divided into overweight and obesity group and normal group,and their general situation,feeding methods,family history,dietary habits,nutrient intake,and parental attention were compared.Results Among the 5 kindergartens,there are 15 overweight children and 36 obese children,totaling 51,accounting for 5.27%of the total.There was no statistically significant difference in age and gender between the overweight and obese group and the normal group children(P>0.05).The proportion of overweight and obese group with higher birth weight,mixed feeding,family history of obesity,unhealthy dietary habits,imbalanced nutrient intake,and low parental attention was significantly higher than that of the normal group(P<0.05).Multiple Logistic regression analysis showed that high birth weight,artificial feeding,family history of obesity,poor dietary habits,lack of exercise,and insufficient parental attention were associated with overweight and obesity in children(P<0.05).Conclusions Referring to the national overweight and obesity rate of children,the overweight and obesity rate of children in 5 kindergartens in Nanchang City is not high,but it also needs to be taken seriously.After this analysis,poor dietary habits and lack of exercise in children are the main causes of overweight and obesity,and should be restrained.
