穴位贴敷联合微波在盆腔炎性疾病后遗症治疗中对患者血流动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨盆腔炎性疾病后遗症采用穴位贴敷联合微波治疗的临床效果。方法选取2022年1月至2022年12月南平市妇幼保健院收治的84例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者。根据不同的收治时间分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组采用常规西医治疗;观察组采用穴位贴敷联合微波治疗。对比两组临床效果、治疗前后的血流动力学指标、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组血管阻力指数(RI)、血流灌注指数(PI)、最大血流速度(PSV)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、不良反应发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对于盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者而言,采用穴位贴敷联合微波治疗能进一步提高其治疗效果,不仅可以有效改善其血流动力学指标,还可以减轻其炎性反应,减少不良反应的发生。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint application combined with microwave therapy on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 84 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease treated in Nanping Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected.The patients were divided into control group and observation group,42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine.Observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with microwave therapy.The clinical total effective rate,hemodynamic indexes before and after treatment,levels of inflammatory factors and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the vascular resistance index(RI),blood perfusion index(PI),maximum blood flow velocity(PSV),C-reactive protein(CRP)and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions For patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,acupoint application combined with microwave therapy can further improve the therapeutic effect,not only effectively improve the hemodynamic indexes,but also reduce the inflammatory response and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
