摘　　要：目的分析PDCA理论的护理在冠心病患者中的应用效果。方法选取2022年2月至2023年2月厦门大学附属第一医院治疗的90例冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分入研究组(50例)和对照组(40例),对照组患者采用常规护理,研究组患者在护理期间引入PDCA理论的护理。比较两组患者在接受护理后使用药物的依从性情况、自我效能及生活质量的提升情况、不良事件的发生情况。结果研究组患者经PDCA理论的护理后用药依从性、自我效能评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良事件发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论PDCA理论的护理能有效提高冠心病患者用药依从性、生活质量,降低血管损伤、心肌梗死等不良事件发生率,进而改善患者自我效能。Objective To analyze the effect of PDCA theory in nursing patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 90 patients with coronary heart disease treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into the study group(50 cases)and the control group(40 cases).Patients in the control group received routine nursing,and patients in the study group received PDCA theory during nursing.The drug compliance,the improvement of self-efficacy and quality of life,and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups after receiving care.Results The medication compliance,self-efficacy score and quality of life score of the study group were higher than those of the control group after PDCA theory(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions PDCA nursing can effectively improve medication compliance and quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease,reduce the incidence of vascular injury,myocardial infarction and other adverse events,and improve patients’self-efficacy.
