新型超分子水杨酸联合面部护理干预寻常型痤疮的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察寻常型痤疮采用新型超分子水杨酸联合面部护理干预的疗效。方法收集江西省新余市人民医院皮肤美容科收治的寻常型痤疮患者50例为研究对象,时间为2023年4月至2024年4月,随机数字表法分为两组,即对照组(25例)与观察组(25例),两组均采用面部护理干预,8周1个疗程;观察组另加新型超分子水杨酸治疗,2周/次,8周为1个疗程。比较两组治疗前后皮损积分、全球痤疮分级系统(GAGS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、痤疮特异性生活质量量表(QoL-Acne)评分、皮肤生理指标评分;治疗1个疗程后评定两组的疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果两组治疗后的GAGS评分、皮损积分、SAS及SDS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.001)。两组治疗后的经表皮失水率(TEWL)、红斑指数(EI)低于治疗前,皮肤弹性指数(R2)、QoL-Acne评分明显高于治疗前,且观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗1个疗程后,观察组的治疗总有效率和不良反应率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论新型超分子水杨酸联合面部护理干预寻常型痤疮可提高治疗效果,促进皮肤屏障修复,改善皮肤生理状况,有效减轻不良情绪,提高生活质量,安全可靠。Objective To observe the curative effect of new supramolecular salicylic acid combined with facial nursing in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods Patients with acne vulgaris admitted to the Department of Dermatology and Cosmetology,Xinyu People’s Hospital of Jiangxi Province from April 2023 to April 2024 were randomly divided into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases).The two groups were treated with facial nursing intervention,8 weeks as a course of treatment,the observation group was treated with new supramolecular salicylic acid,2 weeks/time,8 weeks as a course of treatment.The skin lesion score,global acne grading system(GAGS)score,SAS and SDS scale score,acne-specific quality of life scale(QoL-Acne)score and skin physiological index score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.After 1 course of treatment,the efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were evaluated.Results The GAGS score,skin lesion score,SAS and SDS scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.001).The transepidermal water loss rate(TEWL)and erythema index(EI)of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the skin elasticity index(R2)and QoL-Acne score were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.001).After one course of treatment,the total effective rate and adverse reaction rate of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The new supramolecular salicylic acid combined with facial nursing in the treatment of acne vulgaris can improve the therapeutic effect,promote the repair of skin barrier,improve the physiological status of skin,effectively reduce the bad mood,improve the quality of life,safe and reliable.
