摘  要:文章考虑到低碳供应链协调影响因素之间的关联性和层次性、决策者的目标冲突等特征,以及决策环境不确定导致的决策者偏好判断存在犹豫态度,构建了犹豫模糊语言的层次化DEMATEL最小调整共识模型。将层次化DEMATEL方法拓展至犹豫模糊语言群决策环境,并引导决策者在尽可能保留自身意见的基础上对各层次影响因素的直接关联影响程度达成共识,继而识别关键影响因素。通过应用算例,研究发现:(1)员工培训、政府补贴和消费者低碳偏好对新能源汽车低碳供应链协调的综合影响较大,即通过政策规定等方式对其做出调整时,或能对低碳供应链协调整体产生明显影响;(2)决策信息共享、供应链成员沟通合作和挖掘客户信息在影响因素系统中的被影响程度较高,即当其他因素发生变化时,往往能带动信息共享与沟通水平的变动与发展;(3)碳减排、大数据等技术因素或许能推动新能源汽车供应链的低碳化发展,但对新能源汽车低碳供应链协调的影响较小。这为新能源汽车低碳供应链协调机制解析的拓展研究,提供了契合实际的内生和外生变量。Considering the relevance and hierarchy,conflicting goals of decision makers and other characteristics between the influencing factors of low-carbon supply chain coordination,as well as the hesitation existing in decision-makers'preference judgments caused by the uncertainty of decision-making environment,this paper constructs a hierarchical DEMATEL minimum adjustment consensus model based on hesitant fuzzy language,expands the hierarchical DEMATEL method to a group decision-making environment based on hesitant fuzzy language,and guides decision-makers to reach a consensus on the direct relevance of influencing factors at various levels on the basis of retaining their own opinions as much as possible,thereby identifying key influencing factors.Findings of application examples are shown as the following:(1)Employee training,government subsidies and consumers’low-carbon preference have a great comprehensive impact on low-carbon supply chain coordination of new energy vehicles,that is,adjustments made through policies,regulations and other means may have a significant impact on the overall coordination of the low-carbon supply chain.(2)Decision information sharing,supply chain members’communication and cooperation,and customer information mining are deeply affected in the influencing factor system,that is,when changes occur to other factors,they often lead to changes and developments in the level of information sharing and communication.(3)Technical factors such as carbon emission reduction and big data may promote the low-carbon development of the new energy vehicles supply chain,but they have less impact on its coordination.This provides endogenous and exogenous variables that fit the reality for the expansion of the analysis of the coordination mechanism of the low-carbon supply chain of new energy vehicles.
