摘　　要：特种设备安全管理是电力行业安全管理的重要组成部分。结合生产管理实际,分析某电力公司特种设备安全管理工作中存在的问题,从监督管理体系建设、安全技术档案管理、人员设备台账建设、从业人员教育培训、安全隐患排查和安全监督管理系统等方面查找管理漏洞和责任盲区,提出了管理监督建议,规范了特种设备安全管理,实现了从源头上防范和遏制特种设备事故,提高了特种设备安全管理水平。Special equipment is an essential component in the safety management of power industry.Combined with the actual production management,analysis is carried out on the problems existing in the safety management of special equipment in an electric power company,the management loopholes and responsibility blind spots are investigated in terms of supervision and management system building,safety technique archive management,personnel and equipment account establishment,employee education and training,safety hazard investigation,safety supervision and management system,and other aspects,based on which the supervision and management suggestions are put forward,and the safety management of special equipment is standardized,which prevents and curbs special equipment accidents from the source and improves the safety management level of special equipment.
