摘　　要：通过调研分析国内主要发电集团新能源技术监督管理现状,针对各企业存在的缺乏统一管理标准、基础薄弱、体系不健全、内容难以明确等问题,探讨新能源发电技术监督模式创新和实现途径,基于体系创新、观念创新、模式创新,全方位提升新能源发电技术监督管理水平,保证新能源发电的经济性、安全性、可靠性。By investigating and analyzing the new-energy technological supervision and management status of the primal domestic power generation groups,the innovation on the supervision mode of new-energy power generation technologies and the implementation paths are studied in allusion to the primal problems existing in the enterprises such as shortcomings in unified management standards,weak foundation,imperfect system,and difficulty in clarifying the contents.Grounded in the innovation of systems,concepts and models,comprehensively improve the supervision management level of new-energy power generation technologies,and ensure the economics,safety and reliability of new-energy power generation.
