摘 要:为提高石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫氧化风机系统运行的灵活性和经济性,以某燃煤机组脱硫氧化风系统为研究对象,采用理论分析与现场试验相结合的方法对其能耗进行分析,建立了基于脱硫浆液CaSO_(3)浓度的氧化风量自动控制模型,形成了一种基于该模型的氧化风量精准控制技术,在机组满负荷、设计硫分工况下,脱硫氧化风系统节能率达50.59%以上,冷却水节约量达522534 m^(3)/年;并提出了一种“琴键式”布置的氧化风系统保安装置,在各工况下起到保安作用,有助于解决浆液倒灌引起的氧化风管堵塞问题,提高氧化风的分布均匀性。To improve the operation flexibility and economics of limestone-gypsum wet desulfurization oxidation fan system,taking the air desulfurization oxidation system of a coal-fired unit as the research object,analysis is conducted on its energy consumption by combining theoretical analysis with field tests.An automatic control model of oxidation air volume based on the concentration of desulfurization slurry CaSO_(3) is established,and an accurate control technology of oxidation air volume based on the model is formed.Under the full load and design sulfur conditions of the unit,the energy-saving rate of the air desulfurization oxidation system reaches up to 50.59%above and the cooling water-saving amount up to 522534 m^(3)/year.At the same time,a"piano key"arrangement of security device for air oxidation system is proposed,which plays a security role under different conditions,and beneficial to solve the problem of oxidation air duct blockage caused by slurry backflow as well as improving the uniformity of oxidation air distribution.
