摘 要:目的明确天然气净化厂脱硫系统的腐蚀影响因素,形成适应的脱硫系统腐蚀控制技术。方法通过开展运行工况分析和腐蚀评价试验,分析了脱硫系统的腐蚀状况、影响因素及控制措施。结果脱硫系统腐蚀严重的区域主要位于高温区域,甘氨酸和草酸根对溶液的腐蚀性影响很大,腐蚀速率最高达0.5584 mm/a;温度在110~150℃时,腐蚀速率增加了1倍;通过参数控制、结构优化和材料优选,可有效控制天然气净化厂腐蚀问题。结论天然气净化厂脱硫系统腐蚀环境恶劣,腐蚀机理复杂,基于腐蚀影响分析形成针对性的腐蚀控制措施,可控制腐蚀速率低于0.125 mm/a,确保天然气净化厂的安全平稳运行。Objective The aim is to clarify the corrosion influencing factors of the desulfurization system in natural gas purification plants,and form a suitable corrosion control technology for desulfurization system.Method By conducting operational condition analysis and corrosion evaluation tests,the corrosion status,influencing factors,and control measures of the desulfurization system were analyzed.Result The areas with severe corrosion in the desulfurization system were mainly located in high-temperature areas.Glycine and oxalate ions had a significant influence on the corrosion performance of the solution;the corrosion rate was up to 0.5584 mm/a.When the temperature was between 110–150℃,the corrosion rate was doubled.The corrosion problem in the natural gas purification plant could be effectively controlled through parameters control,structural optimization and material preference.Conclusion The corrosion environment of the desulfurization system in natural gas purification plants is harsh,and the corrosion mechanism is complex.Based on the analysis of corrosion effects,targeted corrosion control measures are formed,which can control the corrosion rate below 0.125 mm/a and ensure the safe and stable operation of natural gas purification plants.
