摘 要:目的为减小低油气储层水锁伤害,利用十二烷基糖苷与3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵合成了一种阳离子型烷基糖苷生物型润湿调节剂。方法通过红外光谱和核磁氢谱对其结构进行了表征,考查了阳离子烷基糖苷的耐温耐盐性能、润湿调节性能、在砂岩表面的吸附性能及在人造岩心中的渗透率恢复值。结果该生物型润湿调节剂有很好的耐温性能,能在150℃、10%(质量分数)NaCl的高温高盐环境中将砂岩表面的接触角调至89.36°,能够有效降低毛细管压力,有效减小外来水相造成的水锁伤害,从而达到保护油气储层的目的。通过渗透率试验,该生物型润湿调节剂的岩心渗透率恢复值可以达到120%以上,表现出优异的防水锁性能。结论该润湿调节剂体系具有抗温、抗盐和润湿调节性能,可以有效减小油气储层水锁伤害。Objective In order to decrease the water-blocking damage in low oil and gas reservoirs,a cationic alkyl glycoside bio-based wetting regulator was synthesized using dodecyl glycoside and 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyltrimethylammonium chloride.Method The regulator structure was characterized by infrared spectroscopy and proton nuclear magnetic hydrogen spectroscopy,and the cationic alkyl glycoside was investigated for its temperature and salt resistance,wetting regulating properties,adsorption properties on sandstone surfaces,and permeability recovery values in artificial rock cores.Result The bio-based wetting regulator has good temperature resistance,and the contact angle of the sandstone surface was adjusted to 89.36°in a high temperature and high salt environment of 150℃and 10 wt%NaCl,which could effectively reduce the capillary pressure and decrease the water-blocking damage caused by the foreign water phase,so as to achieve the protection of oil and gas reservoirs.Through permeability experiments,the core permeability recovery value of this bio-based wetting regulator could reach more than 120%,and showed excellent water-blocking performance.Conclusion This wetting regulator system has anti-temperature,anti-salt and wetting regulating properties,which can effectively decrease the water-blocking damage of oil and gas reservoirs.
