中国式现代化视域下的新农人短视频研究

摘　　要：新农人短视频作为推动乡村现代化转型的重要力量,对于乡村发展的意义需要置于中国式现代化的语境之下去理解和把握。从现代化演进逻辑来看,不同于西方国家乡村从属于城市、农业补给工业的发展道路,中国式现代化牢牢立足于“小农大国”的基本国情,坚持乡村优先发展。新农人短视频在此进程中发挥了重要作用,它致力于促进农民、农业和农村的现代化转型,推动形成一支充满活力的新农人队伍,助力农业的信息化变革,进而培育出乡村发展的新业态与新模式。从其实践路径来看,短视频不仅为新农人传播乡村文化、讲述乡村故事提供了便捷渠道,唤醒了现代人浓重的乡愁,而且带动了大批年轻人返乡创业,为乡村建设输入了人才、技术等资源,促进了乡村的人才、科教和文化振兴。未来,在新农人短视频助力乡村转型的道路上,也须持续贯彻中国式现代化发展的三重逻辑,始终以人民为核心,运用协同的方法论智慧,充分挖掘乡村本土资源,走出一条以共同富裕为旨归,以协调发展为特征,具有乡土气息的中国式现代化发展道路。Short videos of new farmers,serving as a significant force in driving rural modernization transformation,need to be understood and grasped within the context of Chinese modernization for their importance to rural development.From the perspective of the evolution logicof modernization,unlike the development path of Western countries where rural areas are subordinate to cities and agriculture supports industry,Chinese modernization firmly relies on the basic national conditions of being a“large country with small-scale farming”and adhere to the priority development of rural areas.Short videos of new farmers have played a crucial role in this process.They are committed to promoting the modernization transformation of farmers,agriculture and rural areas,facilitating the formation of a vibrant team of new farmers assisting the information-based transformation of agriculture,and thereby cultivating new business forms and models for rural development.From the perspective of its practical path,short videos not only provide a convenient channel for new farmers to disseminate rural culture and tell rural stories,awakening modern people's strong nostalgia,but also drive a large number of young people to return to their hometowns to start businesses,input resources such as talent and technologies for rural construction,and promote the revitalization of talents,science and education,and culture in rural areas.In the future,on the road of short videos of new farmers assisting rural transformation,the triple logic of Chinese modernization development will surely be continuously implemented.Always taking the people as the core,using the methodological wisdom of collaboration,fully exploring local rural resources,and taking a Chinese modernization development path characterized by coordinated development,aiming at common prosperity,and with local rural flavors.
