摘　　要：责令改正是行政机关采取的常用执法手段之一,立法不足导致责令改正的适用难以发挥实效。责令改正属于行政命令,通过剖析涉及责令改正的现有法条和在司法案例中的适用情况,从明确适用标准、列明改正内容、规范实施流程、畅通救济渠道等四个方面提出规制责令改正的具体建议。Ordering correction is one of the common law enforcement methods adopted by administrative organs,and the application of correction is difficult to achieve due to insufficient legislation.Ordering corrections is an administrative order,and through analyzing the existing legal provisions involving ordering corrections and their application in judicial cases,specific suggestions for regulating corrections are put forward from four aspects:clarifying the application standards,listing the content of corrections,standardizing the implementation process,and unblocking relief channels.
