摘　　要：债权人行使撤销权的过程中,获得胜诉判决并不意味着债权人的合法权益得到有效保护,只有撤销权判决和执行紧密衔接,才能有效解决实践中普遍存在的虽获胜诉判决,但流失的债务人财产无法追回的问题。In the exercise of the creditor’s right of revocation,a favorable judgment alone does not ensure the effective protection of the creditor's legitimate interests.Effective resolution of the prevalent issue—where a judgment is rendered in favor of the creditor but the debtor’s dissipated assets remain unrecoverable—requires seamless coordination between the revocation judgment and enforcement procedures.
