摘　　要：在法治国家建设不断推进、检察体制改革不断深化的今天,检察机关作为宪法规定的法律监督机关,为了确保检察权依法高质效运行,必须对检察权运行外部制约监督机制进行改革和完善。当前,检察权运行外部制约监督机制尚存在一系列亟待解决的问题,只有深入分析其中存在的不足,才能把握检察权改革的侧重点,实现检察权依法、高效、可持续发展,为法治中国建设提供坚实的检察支撑。With the continuous advancement of the construction of a country under the rule of law and the deepening of the reform of the procuratorial system,the procuratorial organs,as the legal supervision organs stipulated by the constitution,must reform and improve the external restriction and supervision mechanism of the procuratorial power in order to ensure the high-quality and efficient operation of the procuratorial power according to law.At present,there are still a series of problems to be solved in the external restriction and supervision mechanism of procuratorial power operation.Only by deeply analyzing the shortcomings can we grasp the focus of procuratorial power reform,realize the legal,efficient and sustainable development of procuratorial power,and provide solid procuratorial support for the construction of rule of law in China.
