摘　　要：要充分发挥侦查监督与协作机制价值作用,检察院和公安机关就要科学设立评价指标,在办案价值目标上达成共识;充分发挥侦查监督协作办公室的作用;健全完善提前介入侦查制度;推进案件信息共享的智能化、常态化、制度化。To fully leverage the value of investigative supervision and collaborative mechanisms,procuratorates and public security authorities must establish scientific evaluation criteria and reach consensus on case-handling objectives;maximize the role of the Investigative Supervision and Collaboration Office;refine the system for early intervention in investigations;and advance the intelligentization,normalization,and institutionalization of case information sharing.
