摘　　要：贵州科学城是吸引国内外科技资源和科技成果来黔转化的科技创新公共平台,在服务国家科技战略,探索京黔科技创新合作“飞地”模式,以及立足贵阳贵安辐射全省的企业研发和人才集聚等方面具有重要意义。文章以完整准确全面贯彻新发展理念为核心,聚焦如何实现贵州科学城高质量发展目标,通过实地观察、现场访谈、对标国内外科学城经验模式等,查找贵州科学城探索高质量发展过程中存在的问题,并提出适宜的发展路径和主要措施。Guizhou Science City is a scientific and technological innovation public platform built to attract scientific and technological resources and achievements from China and abroad.It is of great significance in the following three aspects:serving the national science and technology strategy,exploring the“enclave”model of scientific and technological innovation cooperation between Beijing and Guizhou,and the R&D of enterprises and the gathering of talents across the province with Guiyang and Gui’an as the base.With a complete,accurate and comprehensive implementation of the new development concept as the core,this paper focuses on how to achieve the goal of high-quality development of Guizhou Science City.Through field observation,on-site interviews,and benchmarking against the experience and models of science cities at home and abroad,it finds out the problems existing in the process of Guizhou Science City’s exploration of high-quality development,and puts forward appropriate development paths and main measures.
