摘　　要：中国式现代化是中国共产党带领全国各族人民探索出的符合中国实际的现代化。中国式现代化的成功离不开党中央的总揽全局,也离不开全国各地方现代化实践的支撑。贵州作为中国式现代化事业的缩影,其在现代化进程中造就了从极贫极落后状态到经济增速持续位居全国前列的巨大“跨越”。这种“跨越”本质上是贵州后发追赶进程的结果。考察贵州的“跨越式发展”可以发现,贵州在后发追赶过程中突出政府组织、引领并推动现代化的作用,制定清晰的追赶计划以增强发展的理性引导、加强政府主体建设以强化现代化发展意识、整合市场和社会力量以推动发展的协调可持续。贵州“跨越式发展”的经验对处于现代化建设追赶阶段的地区而言有一定的借鉴意义。Chinese-style modernization is a path of modernization which is explored by the Communist Party of China(CPC)leading people of all ethnic groups across the country and conforms to China’s reality.Its success depends on the overall planning of the Central Committee of CPC and the support of local modernization practices throughout the country.As an epitome of the cause of Chinese-style modernization,Guizhou has achieved a remarkable“leap”from a state of extreme poverty and backwardness to a situation where its economic growth rate has continuously ranked among the top in the country during the modernization process.This“leap”is essentially the result of Guizhou’s catch-up process.By examining the“leap-forward development”of Guizhou,it can be seen that during its catch-up process,Guizhou has highlighted the role of the government in organizing,leading,and promoting modernization.It has formulated clear catch-up plans to enhance rational guidance for development,strengthened the construction of the government as the main body to promote the awareness of modernization development,and integrated market and social forces to enhance coordinated and sustainable development.Guizhou’s experience of“leap-forward development”has certain reference significance for regions in the catch-up stage of modernization construction.
