民间契约文书中土地面积代指现象研究

摘　　要：契约文书中有诸多度量衡单位,但在有些南方地区,计量土地面积时,不用面积单位,而用田地播种或产出物的容量、重量单位代指田地面积;有些北方地区则用一天的耕作量来代指田地面积,从而确定交易价格。文章对契约文书中土地面积常见的代指方式进行梳理。Units of measurement were widely used in contract documents.However,in some southern regions,when measuring land area,various other units were adopted to replace those normal land area units,including quantity or weight of the sown or produced items of the fields.In some northern regions,the number of days needed to cultivate a piece of land is used to substitute for the land area,thereby determining the transaction price.This paper sorts out the common ways of substituting for land area in contract documents.
