契约文书所见清至民国大屯之田地典当

摘　　要：《大屯契约文书汇编》是屯堡文书的重要组成部分,它是屯堡民众在日常生活中有关政治、经济、文化等方面的真实记录与呈现,展现了大屯人民的生活常态。通过对其中收录的典当田地文契探究,发现典当的标的物可以是田面权,亦可以是田底权,典当的回赎期限主要为三年和不计年限,人们在契中约定“十当十赎”,在必要时典当还可以进行转移。这些典当田地文契反映了在契约文化影响下人们的生活状况,为人们了解清至民国时期屯堡社会的经济与文化提供了一条可行路径。Compilation of Datun Contract Documents is an important part of Tunpu documents.It is a true record and presentation of the political,economic,cultural and other aspects of the daily life of Tunpu people,revealing Datun people’s normal life.An exploration of the pawned farmland contracts included in this book has found that the subject matter of the pawn can be either farmland use right(tianmian quan)or farmland right(tiandi quan).The redemption period of the pawn mainly includes two kinds of terms:three years or without a specified time limit.It was stipulated in the contract that“redeem at the same price as pawned”,and the pawn could be transferred when necessary.These pawned farmland contracts reflected the living conditions of people under the influence of contract culture,providing a feasible way for people to understand the economy and culture of the Tunpu society from the Qing Dynasty to the Republic of China.
