摘　　要：民族国家是一种国家形态和制度架构。多民族国家是从民族构成来确定国家性质的国家形式。作为民族国家的一种形式,多民族国家民族共同体建构面临政治参与困境、区域发展不平衡、统一文化价值受冲击等挑战。应对这些挑战,要坚持以民族为中心,从制度、实践和理论上进行整体性建构,促进多民族国家的民族融合,保障民族权利。中国铸牢中华民族共同体意识的理论与实践,为世界上多民族国家建构民族共同体提供了中国智慧和中国方案,不但具有中国价值,而且也具有世界意义。A nation-state is a form of state and an institutional framework.A multi-ethnic country is a form of state that defines its national nature based on its ethnic composition.And its construction of the national community is usually confronted with several challenges,such as the dilemma of political participation,unbalanced regional development,and the impact on unified cultural values.To address these challenges,it is necessary to adhere to an ethnicity-centered approach and conduct holistic construction in terms of system,practice,and theory,so as to promote ethnic integration in multi-ethnic countries and safeguard ethnic rights.The theory and practice of Fostering a Strong Sense of Community for the Chinese Nation have provided Chinese wisdom and solutions for multi-ethnic countries in the world to construct their national communities,which not only have Chinese value but also world significance.
