摘 要:目的:探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者连续血糖监测(CGM)目标范围内时间(TIR)与骨形成标志物血清骨钙素N端中分子片段(N-MID OC)和Ⅰ型前胶原氨基端前肽(PINP)之间的关系。方法:选取住院T2DM患者336例为研究对象,均接受72 h连续血糖监测,并计算TIR。根据TIR水平将患者分为TIR<70%组(154例)和TIR≥70%组(182例)。检测所有患者血清N-MID OC、PINP和其他生化指标水平。TIR与N-MID OC、PINP的相关性采用Pearson相关性分析和多元线性回归分析进行。结果:TIR<70%组N-MID OC、PINP水平低于TIR≥70%组(均P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,TIR与N-MID OC、PINP呈正相关(均P<0.05)。调整与骨质疏松和糖尿病发生密切相关因素后,多元线性回归分析结果显示,TIR仍与N-MID OC、PINP存在正相关关系(均P<0.05)。结论:T2DM患者TIR与骨形成指标物N-MID OC和PINP水平呈正相关。Objective:To investigate the relationship between time in range(TIR)within continuous glucose monitoring(CGM)and the N-terminal mid-fragment of osteocalcin(N-MID OC)and propeptide of typeⅠprocollage(PINP)in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods:A total of 336 hospitalized patients with T2DM were selected as the study subjects,all of whom received 72-hour CGM,and TIRwas calculated.Patients were divided into TIR<70%group(154 cases)and TIR≥70%group(182 cases)according to their TIRlevels.Serum N-MID OC,PINP and other biochemical indexes were detected in all patients.The correlation between TIRand N-MID OC,PINP was performed by Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results:The levels of N-MID OC and PINP in TIR<70%group were lower than those in TIR≥70%group(all P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that TIRwas positively correlated with N-MID OC and PINP(all P<0.05).After adjusting the factors closely related to osteoporosis and diabetes,the results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that TIRwas still positively correlated with N-MID OC and PINP(all P<0.05).Conclusion:TIRwas positively correlated with N-MID OC and PINP levels in T2DM patients.
