摘　　要：目的探讨湿润烧伤膏联合浓缩生长因子治疗糖尿病足的效果。方法选取广西壮族自治区南溪山医院2022年1月至2024年1月收治的90例糖尿病足患者为研究对象。以随机数字表法分为对照1组、对照2组和联合组,各30例。在基础综合治疗基础上,对照1组给予湿润烧伤膏治疗,对照2组给予浓缩生长因子治疗,联合组给予湿润烧伤膏联合浓缩生长因子治疗;比较3组患者的临床疗效、创面愈合指标、生长因子水平、炎症因子水平及治疗安全性。结果联合组总有效率高于对照1组、对照2组[93.3%(28/30)比73.3%(22/30)、70.0%(21/30)](均P<0.05)。治疗后联合组创面愈合面积大于对照1组、对照2组,而新生肉芽组织长出时间、愈合时长、治疗费用均短于/低于对照1组、对照2组(均P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组血管内皮生长因子、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、表皮生长因子水平均高于对照1组、对照2组,高敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子α、白细胞介素6水平均低于对照1组、对照2组(均P<0.05)。3组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论湿润烧伤膏联合浓缩生长因子治疗糖尿病足的效果良好,可促进患者创面愈合,降低治疗费用,提高生长因子水平,降低炎症因子水平,治疗安全性较好。Objective To investigate the effect of moist exposed burn ointment combined with concentrated growth factor in the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods A total of 90 patients with diabetic foot admitted to Nanxishan Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group 1,control group 2 and combined group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.On the basis of basic comprehensive treatment,the control group 1 was treated with moistexposed burn ointment,the control group 2 was treated with concentrated growth factor,and the combined group was treated with moistexposed burn ointment combined with concentrated growth factor.The clinical efficacy,wound healing indicators,growth factor levels,inflammatory factor levels,and treatment safety were compared among the three groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than those of the control group 1 and the control group 2[93.3%(28/30)vs 73.3%(22/30),70.0%(21/30)](both P<0.05).After treatment,the wound healing area of combined group was larger than those of control group 1 and control group 2,while the growth time of new granulation tissue,healing time,and treatment cost of combined group were shorter/lower than those of control group 1 and control group 2(all P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor,basic fibroblast growth factor and epidermal growth factor in the combined group were higher than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2,and the levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in the combined group were lower than those in the control group 1 and the control group 2(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Moist exposed burn ointment combined with concentrated growth factors has a good effect in the treatment of diabetic foot,which can promote wo
