摘　　要：Bachmann束是心房间电冲动传导的优势通路,其结构和功能受损会导致房间传导阻滞(IAB),IAB在心房颤动的发生和维持中发挥重要作用。Bachmann束起搏相较于传统右心耳起搏可纠正房间传导延迟,提高心房电机械同步,是目前生理性起搏领域的研究热点。本文综述了Bachmann束的解剖结构和电生理特征、其临床意义以及Bachmann束起搏的技术方法和临床应用进展。Bachmann bundle is the dominant pathway of interatrial electrical impulse conduction,and its structure and function damage can lead to interatrial conduction block(IAB).IAB plays an important role in the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation.Bachmann bundle pacing can correct interatrial conduction delay and improve atrial electromechanical synchronization compared with traditional right atrial appendage pacing,which is a research hotspot in the field of physiological pacing.This article reviews the anatomical structure and electrophysiological characteristics of Bachmann bundle,its clinical significance,as well as the technical methods and clinical applications of Bachmann bundle pacing.
