摘　　要：类风湿关节炎患者合并心血管疾病的发病率和死亡率显著高于普通人群,其中合并冠心病(冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病)是导致类风湿关节炎患者死亡的主要原因之一。导致类风湿关节炎合并冠心病的原因很多,包括传统的冠心病危险因素,以及类风湿因子介导的免疫损伤等。本文主要就类风湿关节炎合并冠心病发病机制的相关研究进行综述,以期为类风湿关节炎合并冠心病患者的有效干预提供思路。The morbidity and mortality of cardiovascular disease in patients with rheumatoid arthritis are significantly higher than those in the general population,and coronary atherosclerotic heart disease is one of the main causes of death in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.There are many reasons for rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,including traditional risk factors for coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and rheumatoid factor-mediated immune damage.This article mainly reviews the related research on the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,in order to provide ideas for the effective intervention of patients with rheumatoid arthritis complicated with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease.
