摘　　要：类风湿关节炎(RA)属于“痹证”,主要由外邪侵袭与体内气机失调所致。气机升降失调是RA发生发展的核心病理机制。气机升降理论源自《黄帝内经》,着重强调了气的正常升降对人体健康的重要性,气机正常升降有助于气血流畅,维持脏腑功能平衡;气机失调则气血运行不畅,影响免疫功能,加剧风、寒、湿邪侵袭,引发RA典型症状。气机升降失调不仅对局部气血运行造成干扰,而且与免疫系统紊乱、炎症反应加重有极为密切的关系。气机升降的生理病理机制对理解RA的本质有重要意义。采用清热解毒、活血化瘀、温阳散寒等治疗,从多维度深入探讨气机升降理论在RA治疗中的价值。Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)was belonged to Bi syndrome,which was mainly caused by invasion of external evil and imbalance of internal Qi.Imbalance of Qi movement was core pathological mechanism of RA.The theory of rise and fall of Qi was derived from Huangdi Neijing,which emphasizes the importance of normal rise and fall of Qi to human health.The normal rise and fall of Qi helps the flow of Qi and blood,and maintains the balance of zangfu function.The disturbance of Qi machinery will not smooth operation of Qi and blood,affect immune function,aggravate invasion of wind,cold and damp pathogens,and cause typical symptoms of RA.The imbalance of Qi movement not only interferes with local Qi and blood movement,but also has close relationship with immune system disorder and aggravation of inflammation.The physiological and pathological mechanism of Qi movement was of great significance to understand nature of RA.Adopts therapeutic strategies of clearing heat and detoxification,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,warming Yang and dispelling cold,to deeply explore value of the theory of Qi movement in the treatment of RA from multiple dimensions.
