摘　　要：赵晓平教授基于“脑髓-脑气-脑神”分步治疗脑膜瘤术后患者,提出一体化思想,以辨病、证、症、势为基础,强调治疗必有主方。脑膜瘤术后的核心病机为肾精亏虚、心神失养、肝失疏泄,自拟益气养神填髓方治疗,达到益气补血、清肝明目、养心安神、滋肾填髓目的。通过“病、证、症、势”进行中药加减,为脑膜瘤术后防治提供参考。Based on step-by-step treatment of postoperative meningioma patients with brain marrow-brain Qi-brain spirit approach,proposed integrated concept.Based on differentiation of disease,syndrome,symptom and trend,emphasizing that there must be a main prescription for treatment.The core pathogenesis of postoperative meningioma was deficiency of kidney essence,the loss of nourishment of heart spirit,and the failure of liver to regulate.Self-prescribed the Qi-nourishing,spirit-nourishing and marrow-filling formula for treatment.Aiming to achieve effects of tonifying Qi and blood,clearing liver and brightening eyes,nourishing heart and calming spirit,nourishing kidney and filling marrow.Through addition and subtraction of traditional Chinese medicine based on disease,syndrome,symptom and trend,provided reference for treatment of postoperative meningioma and prevention and treatment of recurrence with traditional Chinese medicine.
